The hotel was spotlessly clean with spacious rooms, making it an ideal stay for families. The location was convenient, situated near several dining options, including a Walmart right across the street. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the rude behavior of the front desk staff towards my daughter and her friends while at the pool, which left us feeling unwelcome. Additionally, the breakfast selection was somewhat lacking in variety, with only basic items offered.

the hampton inn was very clean and had plenty of parking spaces. the pool hours were decent, allowing for a relaxing swim. the location is perfect, right off the freeway, making it easy to get around. my daughters loved the indoor pool!

The place was very clean. The beds. I mean wow, best sleep I’ve had in a while! Woke up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day. Really enjoyed the free breakfast buffet too, those waffles were a game changer.

Our window faced out to the back, and light from the parking area was disturbing. The refrigerator was not working properly, causing issues with keeping our food cool. Additionally, the hair conditioner bottle was empty, which was minor but disappointing.

i recently stayed at this hampton inn and it exceeded my expectations during a long weekend. the room was very clean with a comfy bed and a nice kitchenette. the breakfast had a good variety, making our mornings enjoyable.

For dads, it would be great to have a more relaxed pool policy.

We found the Hampton Inn to be clean, comfortable, and in a great location! Staff did their best despite some renovation inconveniences.

This place was just a proper fit for resting at all in Troy with good value. The staff were cheerful and attentive throughout my stay, making the experience enjoyable. Make sure to check the toilet flushing as it didn’t empty 100% at times.

The staff was super friendly (always greeted us with a smile! ), and the hotel was conveniently located near lots of restaurants. Breakfast had fresh fruits and a waffle station (which I loved! ).

I was so pleased with how clean and roomy our accommodations were, making our stay super comfortable for my family during my daughter's competition. The indoor pool and fitness center offered great ways to unwind after long days. One small hiccup was some renovation work happening, but it didn’t really dampen our spirits. 😊
